🔸 Phase 1 vs Phase 2 Key Changes
In Phase 1 the loan was only 1.5 lakh rupees. Now in Phase 2 it is 3 lakh rupees. In first phase only farmers with land 1 to 12.5 acres could apply. Now farmers with land 1 to 25 acres can apply. In phase 1 only 5 acres landholders got interest-free loan. Now up to 10 acres is allowed. Before farmers paid 1000 rupees per acre as fee. Now there is no fee at all.
